You guys know something? I think it is kind of a little pointless to keep on saying to meet and have gathering together but nothing is being done. I mean a proper planning should be done. So ya, I think I can be the one to start the ball rolling, yea?

Ok, I think the only common times when the poly, JC and secondary school people are free is in the 3rd week of december. So I can ask if all of you fine with the 3rd week of december having an outing? The specific date is still not sure but as long as everyone's alright with that week and month to have an outing, I think the rest of the info can slowly settle. Hahas.

And to facilitate things, please say which day on the week you guys can make it. Like due to band practice and things like that. Thanks!

I am currently in school now and it's break time. And I am bored thus I decided to update this place a little

Firstly, I guess Mid year is on the way for the sec fives so all the best to you guys and study hard. Play hard for a while during the June holidays and start studying after that again. >.<

Secondly, those JC's people are also having a tough time with the up coming SYF. All the best and make your school proud. Though we can't be there to support you guys, I believe you people can feel our motivation [?] for you guys.

Thirdly, June holidays are coming up those who are free, who must meet up and have some fun. And also for those who can make it for the June holiday band camp, please go. I hope there is a June holiday band camp in school though I said it so confidently, I am actually not very if there's any. I do hope I can go because I having my vacation from 6/6/09 until the 29/6/09. Well, at least I know that my vacation is almost the same as those in secondary school and JCs so I hope we can meet up more often!^^ [No link, I know.]

Lastly, stay healthy people especially with the swine flu going on these days. If you're sick, poeple see the doctor don't be a hero because hero die early.

This blog needs to be revived right? Don't you think so? Anyway, I think I ought to help revive this blog because I am sort of one who blogs often and one who is having a lot of free time if I am not working. Thus, the job of reviving this place comes mine. ^_^

Okay, I just hope that there will be another gathering when you people are all free. But I won't be the one organising because I suck at it. As some of you may have experienced it before, you would know what I meant. So someone, when you're free, please organise a batching outing soon! I can help out but definitely not the one organising... (:

By the way, this coming Friday, 13/3/09, the band's having camp. They are having an overnight camp from Friday 2pm till Sunday 12pm. If you guys want to go back, just go. Sherilyn have kindly brought my attention about the 31st! Okay, I hope that it can do something successful for once. I need to know the number of people going before I can plan what we can do. This is because if we were to have countdown party, we need a place for us to stay right? A chalet now is no possible thus we need a person's house. (definitly not mine.) Therefore, I need to know two things.

1st, Who's family member is willing to accomodate us all. Let's take it that there will be 10 people because I guess some other's already have their own activity.

2nd, I need to know who already have activity that day and won't be able to join.

Lastly, Get back to me asap?

i still remember when i've stepped into Xinmin a month earlier before the actual first day starts, i saw Felicia buying uniforms with her parents.
and then i saw her again in my first band practice. (:
thats such a coincidence cause i've noticed her when i got my uniforms on that day too. (:

after which i was posted to the percussion section and there i was, with my eyes staring innocently at all the seniors that were staring at us.
the first question that was popped up was '' Who do you think it was Baozhen?''
that's a weird question to ask so i was kinda looking at Shihui who looked so 'fierce' then. (cause she doesnt smile much, lol)
i was the first to strike up a convo with her, and now we've become best partners in the percussion section.
although there was displease and laughters between us, i was indeed happy to meet her.

and thanks to Sharlene who persuaded me to join Band during the first month of my sec 1 days.
if not, i'd not be able to meet so much enthusiastic and crappy friends and bandmates.
i love those times that we pumped, shouted, played music together cause we endured the 'torture' till now.
i've also learnt more about myself too.

i just hope that no matter what happens, the love of music will be going round and round and all of us will be still as bonded as ever.

May Heaven bless us with success on Xinfony VIII. :D

8 more days to Xinfony 8. And actually tomorrow it will be one more week left. After Xinfony 8, most of us will step down already. Except the 4N students? Am I right?

For those who are graduating: Let this concert be the best and the most memorable. It will be the last concert for you guys already. Feel kinda sad. Remember how we met for the very first day? It feel just like yesterday you know? Time really flies. I'll remember 'Do Re Mi' and 'I Will Follow him' forever. I remember we used to come back everyday to practice this two piece. But it seems like less and less people will come back to practice nowadays already. D: I've matured quite a bit (still maturing...) And I'm sure you guys did too. I hope that this blog will still be alive even all of us graduated. And come back for a visit when you're free k? Will miss all of you...

the month of august has already started but nobody has updated.
so i am here! xP

okays. so basically, we are not the most senior of the band since the sec 4s and 5s have already graduated.
so.. this means that we have to set good examples for the juniors!
attire please.
and also, coming back for self practice.
pull people back to come back for self practice.
if you do come back to self practise, pull your juniors along too!
dont let them just dont practise.
remember: they ARE going to be the main batch of people going for syf in 2009.
do they have to work on techniques!

Hey people! Since no one wants to be the kind soul to help update, then i shall be! First, XINFONY VII is over. It was a successful night where all of us acknowledge what the graduating seniors have contributed to the band.

I think that we, the sec 3's will miss them the most because we have come through all the odds together as one with them. But also not to forget the 2005 drum major, SUN YIANG SHAN! I bet all of all have seen her BIG contribution to the band and now she got to leave us, we are definitely going to miss her very much.

Last but not least, we got to thank the people who have made this a successful night. The band leader this year! Indeed, they have put in a lot of effort in making this concert a meaningful and successful ones. CLAP CLAP!!

we got a gold,
chinese dance got a gold with honours,
and choir got a gold.

i have decided to come blogging.
cos' i am totally inspired.

add oil for tmr's performance
just play your best.
& no matter wad the result is
we noe that we have done our best.
we are already having a GOLD sound.
so 4 weeks down the road
i am sure that we can obtain a GOLD WITH HONOURS!

everytime we play the pieces.
imagine that we are performing as though it is SYF day.

hellos people!
today there was the chinese new year celebrations in school.
and i was seriously bored to death.
i guess lots of you were to right?
anyway, it is going to be chinese new year in 2 days!
so.. i shall wish all of you a happy CHINESE NEW YEAR in advance! xD

okays. anyway, we went to SCH on tuesday and watched the video yesterday.
i guess now we know how we actually sound there.
so, after hearing all the problems/mistakes that we made, we have to improve on it!
after next week, it is just more and more practice.
it will be practice everyday.
monday to saturday.
it is going to be tough and tiring.
but don't all of you want a gold?
let us all work hard for that GOLD we are aiming for!
and also, auditions!

seriously, we are not.
our band is rather weak.. really really weak.
we need to buck up and practice really really hard to get a gold in syf.
so can we do it?
YES WE CAN! as long we believe in ourselves and as long as we PRACTICE hard enuf.
we will be able to see those results in a couple of weeks! :)
our future depends on us. US ALONE.
so we gotta make this happen. no point saying we wan a gold.
